Common questions

Does my data sync between my devices?

No. Nexty is local-first: everything lives on the phone you typed it into. There's no account and no cloud — which is also why nothing you write ever leaves your device. Sync isn't part of this version.

Do I lose my data if I delete the app?

Yes. The only copy is on your phone, so deleting Nexty deletes your tasks, routines and menu with it. There's no backup to restore from, so if you're reinstalling to fix something, know that you're starting fresh.

Does Nexty need an internet connection?

No. The whole app works offline. The only thing that touches the network is buying or restoring a subscription, which goes through the App Store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not from inside Nexty:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Nexty, then Cancel Subscription.

You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are Apple's to give — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Open Settings in Nexty, tap See Premium in the Premium card, then tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the sheet. Use the same Apple ID you originally bought with.

What do you do with my data?

Nothing — I never receive any of it. The privacy policy spells out exactly what that means, including the one exception (Apple and RevenueCat see an anonymous purchase identifier if you subscribe).
